In Ohio, a person with a medical marijuana card can purchase up to eight grams of dried plant, or the equivalent amount of THC products every 90 days.

The process that the State has been using Is a rolling calendar which starts your 90 days. It then subtracts what you have already purchased. This process has become very confusing for people. This procedure has come under a lot of criticism because of how complicated it is to calculate.

Well, now the state of Ohio, after many complaints, is looking to make a change in how they count product and days.

We can only hope that they follow through and deliver on a more rational policy.
