New Diagnoses Under Review

There are three diagnoses which are being petitioned to be approved for medical marijuana in Ohio. These are: cachexia, which is loss of of muscle mass due to lack of appetite; anxiety, and autism. The State of Ohio medical board is reviewing cachexia, anxiety and autism at this time. Twenty-four other conditions were rejected by the medical board. The medical board is accepting public comment regarding cachexia, anxiety, and autism up until March 1, 2020 prior to making their decision.
